Officials Highlight Hurricane Recovery at I-40 Pigeon River Project
North Carolina Governor Josh Stein and FHWA Administrator Sean McMaster visited the I-40 Pigeon River Emergency project in September to highlight Hurricane Helene recovery efforts on the one-year anniversary of the storm.
Ames Construction is rebuilding a section of eastbound I-40 that collapsed into the Pigeon River. We’re honored to be a part of the recovery of Western North Carolina!
