Leonard Etcitty Promoted to Carpenter Foreman
Ames Construction is proud to share the promotion of Leonard Etcitty to Carpenter Foreman following his graduation from our Foreman in Training (FIT) program. We extend our appreciation to his mentors—James Harding, Wayne Andregg, and Brian Thompson—for their guidance and support throughout his journey.
In March 2023, Leonard began working with mentor James Harding in Morenci, Arizona. Demonstrating a strong aptitude in plan reading and work planning, he advanced to a leadman role and entered the FIT program. Since then, he’s immersed himself in learning Ames’ processes, and he’s stood out as a dependable leader. He’s known as the first one with his tools on and the last one to take them off.
His work has taken him from Arizona to North Dakota and back. Through every project, he has upheld Ames’ standards of quality, teamwork, and integrity.
Leonard’s commitment to growth, strong work ethic, and dedication to his team embody the goals of the FIT program and the values of Ames Construction. Congratulations, Leonard, on this well‑deserved achievement!
