Carlos Soza Promoted to Foreman
Congratulations to Carlos Soza, Ames Construction’s latest Foreman in Training (F.I.T.) graduate, and thank you to his mentor, Crusher Foreman Robert Leonard! As a F.I.T. graduate, Carlos is now a crusher foreman in Ames’ Southwest region.
Since joining Ames in 2018, Carlos has consistently demonstrated his value to the Ames team through hard work and dedication. He exemplifies the qualities we seek in a foreman, showing strong leadership potential and a commitment to continuous improvement.
