Ames has always been ready to take on challenges and say yes to the opportunities that come our way. It’s how we’ve grown since 1962:
→ Performing our first state highway grading project in Minnesota in 1967.
→ Taking on our first major out-of-state projects in 1975.
→ Constructing our first dam in 1986 and our first leach pad in 1988.
→ Performing our first railroad project in 1994.
→ Building our first major river bridge in 2006.
Today, we continue to seek out new opportunities and persist to overcome challenges. The work isn’t easy, but we couldn’t be prouder of the results.
