Alex Boss Promoted to Foreman
Congratulations to Alex Boss, Ames Construction’s latest Foreman in Training (FIT) graduate, and thank you to his mentors, Devon Didion, Donovan Busby, and Freddie Archuleta!
Since joining Ames as a carpenter in 2021, Alex has traveled to projects in Utah, Wyoming, Kansas, and Minnesota. He’s currently working at the Garnet Valley Wastewater Systems Facilities project in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Alex is known for his tenacity, strong work ethic, and constant drive to grow. Guided by his mentors, he’s built a reputation as a dedicated, hardworking member of the Ames team.
