→ What led you to join the construction industry?
I started as a flagger at 18 years of age in Kansas. When I was 21, I moved into the accounting side of the business.
→ What advice would you give women looking to join the construction industry?
Be strong, be assertive, and take charge.
→ What makes you proud of working in the construction industry?
The respect I have earned from all my coworkers.
