→ What do you like best about working in construction?
Construction offers new challenges. It doesn’t get boring. As you gain more experience, you’ll also gain new skills and insights into the construction process and how to streamline efficiency and safety.
→ What advice would you give women looking to join the construction industry?
The construction industry is full of opportunity, offering many positions for a wide variety of skills, including creative and detail-orientated skills, engineering, human resources, marketing, and management.
→ What makes you proud to work in the construction industry?
Construction allows me to create and be part of something tangible. I also enjoy the camaraderie.
