Eric Bercume Promoted to Foreman
Ames Construction is proud to share the promotion of Eric Bercume to Foreman following his graduation from our Foreman in Training (FIT) program. We extend our appreciation to his mentors—Brandon Philips and Scott Grimstead—for their guidance and support throughout his journey.
Eric joined Ames in February 2025. He’s a member of the team working on the I-40 Pigeon River Emergency project in western North Carolina.
